Aaah! My problem has always been that I have to fix it and fix it right now! This causes my hubby to react and hence tension brews at times in my life. Serene Journey and Yoga have taught me so many avenues of relaxation and peace and without these two very important factors in my life – I guess I would be the proverbial “bull in the china shop”. Just have to keep on trying!

  2. Watch… just watch… no not the damn clock….. just watch, watch and see what the difference is, thanks for the great reminder about taking the time to observe ourselves in our world.

Yes,thanks ,like what u said.reflection means there is always another ourselves to watch us ,look into our hearts and find out what is the point then comfort it.our heart is quite easy to scary about sth.we have to comfort it like”all is well”.thanks for sharing.
