Essential Serene Journey – 2009
As 2009 draws to a close I would love us all to take a moment and look back at what we’ve accomplished. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised and maybe even amazed.
As for me I created Serene Journey in mid January and began learning the ins and outs of blogging. Serene Journey has grown in readership from two (my husband and I) in the humble beginnings to now over 1400 of you. In 2009, I started minimizing my possessions, commitments and goals. I’ve got a clearer view of where I’m going and how I plan to get there. I’m a lot more confident and deliberate about what I’m doing and why I’m doing it. I co-created Zen Family Habits which launched in October and I’m very excited to see where that takes us as well.
I’ve enjoyed this year immensely and have learned a lot from you guys, my wonderful readers. Your emails, comments and in some cases your own blog posts have taught me a lot about myself and have given me plenty of opportunities to grow as a person. So to you, my fabulous, supportive and encouraging readers I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
It’s largely because of you all that I’ve had such a great 2009 and why I feel that 2010 is going to blow it out of the water.
