Ha, good post for the northern folks. Down in Florida my list is more like…

Fertilize the grass.

Mow the grass (albeit less often)

Flip the Thermostat from AC to Heat to AC on a daily basis.

Open windows on nice days still applies.

I also like the clean showerheads idea. That’s a good indoor activity for a cold day.

@ Hayden – That’s gross! I think we had a similar problem with one of the old sinks in the lab. It wasn’t used much but yes it reeked!

OH, this happened at my former law firm. We never used one of our sinks and the odor was FOUL by the time we went into that room.

I’m one of the lucky ones who have just entered Summer, and down here in Australia our Winter is still pretty damn warm anyways. Although our weather in general is fairly screwy lately – goes from heat wave to rain, to wind, and then back to heat wave within a few days.
