@ Jay - Well thank you! I agree that giving is so rewarding for yourself. If you can give without expecting anything in return (even a thank you) it can really make you feel great!

@ Suzanne - Thank you. I know they only take a minute and well with 1440 in a day there&#039;s really no excuse to not do at least one :)

@ Chris - You&#039;re exactly right. When you pay attention to your body you can get out of your head and away from all those thoughts a lot easier.</description>
