  4. Thanks for this. A great aspect of stretching is that it gets me focusing on the sensations in my body, as opposed to the constant stream of thoughts, and just that in itself is relaxing.

    @ Jay – Well thank you! I agree that giving is so rewarding for yourself. If you can give without expecting anything in return (even a thank you) it can really make you feel great!

    @ Suzanne – Thank you. I know they only take a minute and well with 1440 in a day there’s really no excuse to not do at least one :)

    @ Chris – You’re exactly right. When you pay attention to your body you can get out of your head and away from all those thoughts a lot easier.
