Good finds. I was especially interested by the Brain Food link. I was surprised at how simple it was, most of them were high in antioxidants.
For years I’ve taken supplements (DMAE, vinpocinte, Acetyl L Carnitine, vinpocentine, etc.) to help w/ cognitive function & memory, but maybe I just need to add blueberries & almonds my diet.
